Snoline Spa’s Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS is the company’s manual for the decision-making process and for the conduct of “Recipients” of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Directors, Employees, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants) who may act in the name of or on behalf of the Company.
The Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT highlights all the moral duties and rights of every individual working within Snoline Spa.
The Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT is, therefore, the instrument designed to prevent conduct which is illegal or, in any case, irresponsible by “Recipients” of the Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT.
The Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT lists and defines the responsibilities and the conduct to maintain with all of the various different stakeholders who deal with Snoline Spa.
The Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT, therefore, governs the relations of the “Recipients” (as defined above), guiding both individual and collective behavior.
Distribution of this document has become an indispensable method of implementing the organizational, management and control model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/01.

Snoline Spa’s Code of CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS
Snoline’s directors, employees, agents and commercial representatives and, all other external individuals (suppliers, professionals) who have been contracted by Snoline, all identified as Recipients by the Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT, must apply the terms of the Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT when they act in the name of and on behalf of Snoline. Failure to comply with the Code of BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS shall lead to sanctions being applied by Snoline.
